Talvi adopts a 3-unit 2.5-channel bass reflex design, and the tweeter is equipped with a 25 mm silk soft dome monobloc of SEAS Excel series, and the voice coil is filled with magnetic fluid to facilitate cooling, so that the heating can be controlled under severe motion. Below the tweeter are two 145 mm mid-bass units designed by SEAS for Penaudio, one for all frequency bands below 5.5 kHz and the other below 200 Hz, with overlapping sections to increase the volume of the low frequencies, which can reach 34 Hz.

The Talvi cabinet is made of thick MDF dense board with birch plywood, providing Penaudio with its unique rich wood grain and refined touch. Although the Talvi's panel is narrow and looks slim, the deep cabinet increases the internal volume, and with the bass reflex holes at the bottom of the back, the low frequencies are slightly richer and deeper. According to Penaudio, the Talvi can be used in rooms from 20 to 60 square meters, and it is not easy to generate stagnant waves when placed against the wall, making it very adaptable.
